These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the CMA mobile application and website ("Platform") operated by Hashstack Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Users below 18 must use the Platform under parental/guardian supervision.

"User Content" includes videos, comments, posts, opinions, and any media you upload. By uploading content, you agree:
You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
You grant Hashstack Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, distribute, modify (only for technical needs), and publicly display your content on the Platform.

Prohibited Content
Users must NOT upload content that includes:
Hate speech, harassment, abuse, or discrimination
Violence, threats, or incitement to unlawful activities
Pornographic, sexual, or obscene content
Political propaganda prohibited by applicable laws
Misleading information, fake news, or defamation
