You can permanently delete your CMA account and personal data at any time, either from inside the app or from this page — no account or app install required.

Delete from within the app

If CMA is installed, this is the fastest way — your request is logged the moment you confirm.

    Open MoreTap the "More" tab in the bottom navigation.

    Select "Delete Account"Listed under your account settings, marked in red.

    Confirm the requestReview the warning dialog and tap "Delete" to confirm.

    Request is queued for reviewYou'll see a confirmation, and our team processes it within 7 working days.

Lost your phone, uninstalled CMA, or just prefer email — send a deletion request directly and we'll action it manually.

Email a deletion request

Send the request from the email address linked to your CMA account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number.

What happens to your data

Once a request is verified, deletion follows this timeline:

Day 0
Request confirmedYour account is flagged for deletion and suspended from public view.
Within 7 days
Profile & content erasedName, mobile number, email, profile details, uploaded videos, and comments are permanently removed.
Ongoing
Device & usage data clearedDevice info, approximate location, analytics, and crash logs tied to your account are purged from active systems.

A small amount of information is kept only where the law requires it:

Fraud, abuse, or legal-hold records required for compliance
Transaction or GSTIN records needed for tax obligations
